Hi,
I m in the process of renewing AP for my family and have this question. When you renew for the family do you send all the application in one FedEx Envelope or one envelope for each application ?
Also, in case of E-Filing do you add all the applications under one login ?

As per my tax preparer's advice, I sent both the tax return and W-7 form to IRS ITIN Operation office in Austin, Texas. Is this the correct address?

I am July 2007 filer my PD Nov 2005, I had a interview on Feb 2009 after interview , the Immigration office gave me a letter, which says the following
"Your case has been continued for the unavailability of VISA"
Does it mean once the PD goes to Dec 2005 I will get my GC? Would I have to do anything from my end like going to local USCIS office?

I think it is best to get your H1B stamped in India and also carry AP with you (if possible) as a back up. Stamping in home country is the BEST and SAFEST. I do not know why so many people get it stamped in Mexico and Canada. Previously, when you could still enter US from Canada with a refused visa,it made sense, but now if they reject your visa you need to fly to India!!!
But, once you enter using your AP, can you switch back to H1B or you have to use your EAD?

Hi,
Thanks , for point 3 , I can apply for premium COS with future date as effective(say 6 weeks from now) , I will know on approval within 2 weeks since its a premium n then before H1 date starts i can get my family here on there L2 since I know for sure L1-H1 is approved , this will avoid family either going to stamping at chennai or every one (all of us) leaving back to india due to non approval of COS. But now Major question is , if I apply for premium COS will it be possible to include dependents COS as well in the same request , with dependents currently being in India ? or if i were to apply COS for them after they are here , will it be same cost n procedure as mine (COS that was successfully processed just for myself)?

My lawyer only asked for last one year's W2 and no paystubs at all.
Paystubs are desired but I dont think USCIS bother to look at them if you send them. If you have some issues with your status and your I-94, then that might raise more questions and they may ask for more W2 and more paystubs.
But for the begining, just one W2 is enough. If you are filing this year, send the 2006 W2. That's it.

As far as I know there is no limitation on the size of the company. As long as they are a stable and sound company you are good to go.
